Choosing the perfect landscape product for your home or business can be a challenge. But, by bringing just a few pieces of information with you when you visit our office, you can make the decision-making process significantly easier and smoother.
Here are a few pointers on how to prepare for your visit to NorCal Landscape.
Take measurements and make a rough sketch.
We understand that many yards and landscape areas are irregularly shaped. If it’s possible to get exact dimensions, that’s great. But just taking a tape measure and measuring the widest and longest dimensions of the area in question is enough.
Once you have your measurements, take a few moments to sketch out the shape of the area on which you wish to install turf. Be sure to note where your home is in relation to the area you wish to install turf on.
Brainstorm some ideas.
We know that you’ve sat on your deck, dreaming about your ideal yard. Take a few moments to jot those ideas down. Are you aiming for more of a “have the family over for 4th of July and grill on the patio” feel, or do you want to achieve a specific theme or look, such as, modern, traditional, desert, or tropical landscape?
Having these details in mind allows us to quickly hone in on the products that are right for you.
Bring everyone who has a voice in the final decision.
Have you ever been shopping for a car or home, and thought that you had found the perfect choice, only to have it vetoed at the last minute by a spouse or loved on? Choosing the right artificial grass for your home can provide similar challenges. One person may want a putting green that spans the full breadth of the backyard, while the other wants long, luxurious grass they can curl their toes into while sitting in a lawn chair, reading a good book.
This is why we advise you to bring everyone—even the kids!—to our office when you’re ready to check out our line of landscaping products. It’s much easier to come to a decision when everyone can touch and test our products, and nothing is left in doubt.
If you have any additional questions about what to expect when you come to our office, feel free to give us a call, or use our convenient contact form. We hope this brief guide helped, and we look forward to your visit!
